Hatha Yoga, Gentle movement with breath
Everyone is welcome to our yoga classes in Cheltenham & Bishops Cleeve. They are ideal for beginners or experienced students wishing to develop their practice. You don't need to be able to stand on one leg or bend backwards. The variation of Tree in the photo above is great for ensuring the alignment of your hips, which can be a lot harder when standing on one leg! Small classes are delivered for those wanting to improve their health & wellbeing, processing injury or illness, or who would just like an hour and 15 minutes of inner peace.
Students are always encouraged to work at a level suitable for them.
