Yoga for Everyone
I first discovered yoga 20 years ago and have been lucky enough to try lots of different disciplines. After being in a car accident in 2012 I found that the yoga I once loved was hurting my weakened back and shoulders. I was happy to discover a Local Hatha Class that made me feel lighter and stretched. It was a lot slower than what I was used to, but I couldn't deny the positive effects that it had on me. I am hoping to Inspire others as I have been providing movement with breath for everyone no matter what your physical or mental circumstances. the said I am Very Atfer relally was finfand damaging my back and neck and trying lots of different therapies to make my back feel better I stumbled across a Hatha yoga Class. An hour and 15 minutes later I was hooked, my shoulders and back felt stretched and I was relaxed for the first time in a while.
